Product Delivery Terms

Products in stock are shipped within approximately 1-7 days of ordering. Products ordered from the wholesaler are shipped as quickly as possible (within approximately 2-3 weeks of ordering). Otherwise, we will notify the customer by email.

All online store prices include VAT. Some used products may also have margin tax.

Orders over 100 euros delivered to a post office service point or parcel locker are shipped free of charge. When ordering cash on delivery, a cash on delivery fee is added to the shipment.

Deliveries abroad must be agreed upon separately.

If there is an error in the shipment (wrong or defective product), we will exchange it for a new one or another product. Exchange requires the return of the wrong or defective product within one week of receiving the product. We will reimburse the return costs to the customer according to the most affordable delivery method.

If all products included in the order are not available in our warehouse, we can, if the customer wishes, send the products in two or more batches. In this case, it must be mentioned in the order’s additional information, and we will charge shipping costs for each shipment separately. By default, we ship all products at once.

All our products are covered by normal warranty and return terms according to consumer protection law. Some products also have longer warranties granted by the manufacturer. Product-specific mentions can be found for these.

Companies and organizations have the option to become invoicing customers upon request.

NOTE! The product lists found on our site are not always 100% accurate. For many products, the selection changes constantly. If the product you ordered is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and suggest something else instead. So check your email. If you specifically want a certain product or model, it’s worth contacting our staff.

Payment Service Provider

Invoice

Svea offers you an easy and secure way to pay for your purchases by invoice. When you choose Svea Bank invoice as your payment method, you always get at least 14 days to pay. The late payment interest is the legal late payment interest according to the Interest Act, i.e., 7% + the reference rate according to the Interest Act. We charge 5 euros for a payment reminder. Please also note that the buyer must be at least 21 years old.

Using Svea invoice requires an approved credit decision. When applying for credit, the applicant consents to information from other creditors being requested from Suomen Asiakastieto Oy’s consumer credit information inquiry system. We also check the applicant’s credit information. A customer who has received a negative credit decision has the right to apply for a new credit decision based on additional information provided by contacting Svea Bank customer service.

Paying the invoice in smaller installments

Purchase credit is a one-time loan that allows you to divide your invoice into monthly installments that suit you. If you want to pay your invoice in smaller installments, you must familiarize yourself with the purchase credit terms received with the invoice and accept them with your signature. After this, you can pay at least the minimum installment stated on the invoice. You can pay off the purchase credit in full at any time without additional costs for the unused credit period.

Installment Payment

Using Svea business invoice requires an approved credit decision. The buyer confirms being authorized to act on behalf of the company whose information is being used to make the purchase. Svea has the right to verify the buyer’s signature authority or other purchasing authority in the company in question.
